Warranty Coverage
Wren & Ivy, LLC guarantees that all new leather goods are crafted free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use and service, for the lifetime of the product. Our commitment is to ensure that you receive only the finest quality items.
Remedies for Defective Products
Should any of your Wren & Ivy leather goods exhibit a defect in materials or workmanship, we will first seek to repair the item. If repair is not feasible, we will replace it with an identical product or a similar item of comparable function and value. In the event that a direct replacement is not available, Wren & Ivy reserves the right to issue a refund for the full original purchase price.
Eligibility for Warranty Coverage
This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of our products and is not transferable. Valid proof of purchase is required for warranty service.
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, such as exposure to chemicals or non-water substances; unauthorized modifications or repairs. Cosmetic or incidental damages are also not covered under this warranty.

For damage not covered under this warranty, Wren & Ivy is happy to offer repair services at a reasonable fee upon request.

Please ensure that all items sent for warranty or repair service are clean and free from personal items in all pockets. Wren & Ivy reserves the right to refuse service for any gear that does not meet these cleanliness standards, at our sole discretion.
