Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days. Processing time refers to the time required to prepare and package your order before it is transferred to the shipping carrier and does not include transit time.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on current carrier rates and the shipping address provided.

During checkout, customers may also select expedited shipping options including UPS 2nd Day Air® and UPS Next Day Air®, when available.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST will typically be processed on the following business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST on Friday, or over the weekend, will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Pre Order Items

Occasionally, certain products may be offered on a pre order basis when inventory is temporarily unavailable. When purchasing a pre order item, you are reserving a product from an upcoming production batch.

Pre order items will ship as soon as the next shipment arrives at our shop and your order is ready for fulfillment. Shipping timelines for pre order items may vary depending on production schedules and inventory availability.

If an order contains both in stock items and pre order items, the order may be held and shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise noted.
